Key Responsibilities
- Bid heavy civil construction projects including earthwork, sitework, excavation, and demolition.
- Coordinate with the project management team and all relevant stakeholders as needed
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in heavy civil
- Track record of bidding (and winning) heavy civil projects such as earthwork, sitework, excavation, and demolition jobs.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- HCSS experience a plus

Salary : $140,000 - $180,000
