Position Overview
Serving as a major advisor on financial planning, operations, and strategic initiatives, you will work closely with the CEO to determine our organization's financial destiny. In your role as our CFO, you will work closely with the CEO to advance profitability, operational excellence, and financial strategy. You will be in charge of the treasury, accounting, IT, and financial planning departments, making sure they are in line with our expansion goals. Your leadership will go beyond the numbers; you will develop strategic initiatives, impact corporate direction, and cultivate a high-performance and accountable culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the forecasting, reporting, and financial planning procedures to aid in the expansion of the company.
- Give the Board of Directors and leadership team strategic financial direction.
- Oversee accounting, treasury, and IT operations, using systems to improve precision and efficiency.
- Work together with organizational leaders to put strategies into action that support business objectives.
- Create KPI measurements and controls to guarantee operational and financial excellence.
- Motivate, hire, and cultivate a top-performing IT and finance department.
- 15 years of advanced leadership experience in finance, with a preference for previous CFO experience. proficiency in operations finance, a "hands-on" approach, and a history of success in hectic settings.
- Strong executive presence and the capacity to participate in meetings at all organizational levels,
- including those in the boardroom and classroom.
- Love for the K-12 and early childhood education sectors.
- An MBA or CPA is preferred.
- It is advantageous to have prior experience with education services, private equity portfolio companies, or the New York Department of Education.
