Position Overview
You will oversee the financial operations of the organization, ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the company. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives
- Manage the finance department, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards
- Oversee financial risk management and establish internal controls to safeguard assets
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within community banking
- Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements

Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
