CyberCoders is seeking a skilled Civil Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and managing various civil engineering projects.
Main Responsibilities
- Support diverse civil engineering projects, including site designs, grading plans, and drainage systems.
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope and deliverables.
- Conduct hydrology and hydraulic analyses for water and wastewater projects.
- Evaluate compliance with local, state, and federal regulations during the permitting process.
- Utilize CAD software for drafting and design (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HydroCAD, etc.).
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project success.
- Perform site visits to assess project progress and compliance with design specifications.
Key Qualifications
- 2 years of civil design/project management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- E.I.T. (Engineer in Training) certification required.
- Proficiency in CAD software, specifically AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or HydroCAD.
- Strong understanding of water infrastructure, including sewer, wastewater, stormwater, and septic systems.
- Permitting experience preferred.
