CIVIL ENGINEER - LAND DEVELOPMENT

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer specializing in Land Development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing land development projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and delivering high-quality engineering solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage land development projects from conception to completion.
  • Conduct grading, drainage design, and site layout for various projects.
  • Prepare and review engineering plans and specifications using Civil3D and AutoCAD.
  • Collaborate with architects, planners, and other engineers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Perform site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project viability.
  • Ensure all projects comply with applicable regulations and standards.
  • Provide technical support and guidance during project implementation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • EIT or FE preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in land development engineering.
  • Proficiency in Civil3D and AutoCAD software.
  • Strong knowledge of grading, drainage design, and land development processes.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
