What You Will Be Doing
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil construction projects, including site work, earthwork, and underground utility
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Research and source materials and labor costs
- Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure estimates align with project goals and timelines
- Continuously monitor project progress and update estimates as needed
- Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and ensure compliance with project specification
- No less than 3 years of experience estimating Civil Construction
- Knowledge of Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
- Familiarity with estimating softwares: HCSS, Heavy Bid, Agtek, Excel
- Project fiscal responsibility
- Strong oversight abilities

Salary : $115,000 - $140,000
