- Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil engineering projects using software tools such as AGTEK, HCSS, and HeavyBid.
- Manage project schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion and adherence to financial constraints.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to gather necessary information for project estimating and execution.
- Oversee the planning and execution of construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate project progress and identify potential issues.
- Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and presentations for prospective projects.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to project estimates, contracts, and change orders.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as an estimator and project manager in the civil construction industry.
- Familiarity with estimating software such as AGTEK, HCSS, and HeavyBid.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction processes, including grading, underground utilities, concrete, and roadway/highway construction.
