Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in civil litigation cases, including business litigation, employment law, and auto defense.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
- Prepare and present cases in court, including trials and hearings, while advocating for clients' best interests.
- Manage all aspects of case preparation, including gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and developing legal strategies.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to resolve disputes effectively and efficiently.
- Provide clients with legal advice and guidance throughout the litigation process, ensuring they are informed of all developments.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the relevant state.
- 3 years of experience in civil litigation defense, with a strong focus on business litigation and employment law.
- Competitive base salary: $130,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
