Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Project Engineer I to join our growing team. In this entry-level position, you will assist in the planning, design, and execution of various civil engineering projects, contributing to infrastructure development and environmental sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and drafting of civil engineering projects using MicroStation and AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to develop project plans and specifications.
- Conduct site assessments and evaluations to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Support the preparation of engineering reports, project documentation, and permitting applications.
- Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Assist in the design of land development, grading, drainage, and site development projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of experience with civil engineering principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MicroStation and AutoCAD software.
- Familiarity with land development processes and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- EIT certification or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe.
- Vacation/PTO - 17 days PTO, 9 paid holidays
- Medical - Company pays at least 85% of insurance premium

- Vision - Company pays at least 85% of insurance premium
- 401k - Company match 50% up to 6% of contribution, fully vested following 4 years of employment
- Bonus - Discretionary
- Hybrid or Flex schedules available - Following an initial period of 3 months, a hybrid work schedule is available. 3days office | 2days remote
- Tuition Reimbursement - $2000 for undergraduate and $3000 for graduate programs per year.
