We are looking for a talented Project Engineer to join our team in Orange, CA.
The Project Engineer will execute engineering and project management tasks that include process utility design, water/wastewater treatment system design, field engineering and contractor oversight, shop drawing review, project permitting and stakeholder coordination, and other related environmental projects in support of industrial, commercial, and municipal clients.

Position Overview
- Lead engineering and construction teams for water/wastewater treatment and reuse systems, process utility systems for new industrial facilities, pumping systems (e.g., lift stations), chemical addition systems, and other related municipal and industrial projects
- Collaborate with project team members and stakeholders to develop project plans and strategies
- Conduct cost estimates and prepare project budgets
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and standards
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Communicate project updates and provide regular reports to project managers and clients
- Manage and maintain project documentation and records
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- EIT certification required, PE license is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer
- Experience in municipal and/or industrial projects (req. water/wastewater projects)
- Strong knowledge of process engineering and design principles
- Experience with cost estimating and budget management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering software
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and permitting processes
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
