Civil Project Manager

We provide asphalt, concrete, and site development services to public and private sector customers in northeastern Indiana. Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining quality standards and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, goals, and budgets; identifying resources needed.
• Coordinate and supervise construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage stakeholder communications and act as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Prepare and present regular reports on project status, risks, and milestones to senior management.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to meet project schedules.
• Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle, conducting inspections and addressing issues as they arise.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on civil projects.
• Strong knowledge of asphalt paving, concrete, underground utilities, asphalt manufacturing, and sitework.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
