Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze insurance claims submissions for accuracy and completeness.
- Investigate claims by collecting relevant information and documentation from various sources.
- Determine coverage and eligibility based on policy terms and conditions.
- Make recommendations for settlements and negotiate with claimants when necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as underwriting and legal, to resolve complex claims issues.
- Maintain detailed records of claims activities and outcomes in the company's claims management system.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing their inquiries and concerns regarding claims status.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in claims analysis or a similar role in the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of property and casualty (P&C) insurance and claims processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
