You'll do!
- Conduct thorough legal research and provide sound legal advice.
- Represent clients in consumer and employment class actions, as well as in arbitration settings.
- Draft legal documents and correspondence with clarity and precision.
- Engage in negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Work independently and manage your caseload remotely with minimal supervision.
- General familiarity with California law protecting consumers and employees.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience in complex and class action litigation is preferred.
- Experience in labor and employment law is preferred.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Candidates will undergo assessments for intelligence, motivation, and personal characteristics to ensure a good fit for our team.
