- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their goals and needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and effective support.
- Work closely with clients to ensure they are successfully utilizing our products and services.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and product development, to address client feedback and improve offerings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in client success, customer success, or account management roles.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its challenges.
