Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the closeout process for land development projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage the documentation related to project closeouts, including final plats, utility approvals, and compliance with city regulations.
- Work closely with city councils to secure necessary approvals and permits for project completion.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure all dry utility installations are completed and documented properly.
- Act as a liaison between developers, contractors, and municipal authorities to facilitate smooth project transitions during closeout.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land development or project closeouts.
