The CNC Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC machines to ensure optimal operation within a manufacturing environment. This role involves both preventative and corrective maintenance, working closely with production teams to minimize downtime and enhance machine performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance and inspections on CNC machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues in CNC controls and systems.
- Repair and rebuild various CNC equipment, including disassembling and reassembling machine components as necessary.
- Utilize maintenance manuals and work orders to guide repair processes and document completed work.
- Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance without disrupting manufacturing processes.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
- Assist in the training of junior technicians on maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all maintenance activities.
- 5 Years experience as a CNC Maintenance Technician or similar role in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, with a solid understanding of CNC machines and controls.
- Experience with multiple OEMs and various types of machine tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools for maintenance and repair tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fork Lift Certified, Boom Lift Certification, and Scissor Lift Certification are preferred.
- $40 - $45 per hour pay

Salary : $40 - $45
