We are seeking a detail-oriented CNC Manufacturing Engineer to oversee the CNC machining processes in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing production efficiency, ensuring product quality, and implementing best practices in CNC operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement CNC machining processes to enhance production efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CNC machinery and tooling.
- Collaborate with the design team to create and modify CAD drawings for production.
- Conduct regular maintenance and safety checks on CNC equipment.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and machine operators on CNC best practices.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in CNC machining and manufacturing processes.
- Strong knowledge of CAD software and its application in CNC programming.
- Familiarity with PLC systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
