Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for milling and turning operations.
- Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes and mills.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining processes.
- Conduct quality control checks and troubleshoot machining issues.
- Maintain documentation of machining processes and program changes.
- Train and mentor junior machinists on CNC programming and operation.
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer with a strong understanding of CNC machining processes.
- Familiarity with Mazak CNC machines preferred.
- Knowledge of G-code and M-code programming languages.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software for program development.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
