Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in Texas Commercial Transactional/Litigation and a JD from ABA accredited Law School.
We are looking to expand our commercial practice. We are looking for Commercial Attorneys with a background in both Transactional & Litigation to join our team. You will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on commercial law matters to our clients, defending our clients in court, and representing them in litigation. You must be adept at trial and be able to develop strategies to defend our clients' interests.
