Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
- Analyze blueprints and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to gather necessary project information.
- Manage and review change orders, submittals, and RFIs throughout the construction process.
- Utilize Procore software for project management and estimating tasks.
- Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and validate estimates.
- Work closely with the procurement team to obtain competitive pricing from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Provide support during the bidding process and assist in the selection of subcontractors.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years as a commercial construction estimator
- Strong knowledge of Procore and other construction management software.
- Familiarity with change orders, submittals, and RFIs.
- Experience in estimating for healthcare, life science, and educational projects is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Salary : $130,000 - $170,000
