Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to define project scope, budget, and timeline
- Manage drywall installation and metal stud framing projects from start to finish
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Schedule resources, including personnel and materials, to optimize the cost and timeline of projects
- Supervise staff and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, safely, and to customer satisfaction
- Prepare and review progress reports and invoices
- 4 years of commercial Project Management experience
- Experience with drywall and metal stud framing

Salary : $70,000 - $110,000
