Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Commercial HVAC Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of HVAC systems and services within the commercial sector. Your primary objective will be to build and maintain strong relationships with customers while identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their HVAC requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and prospects in the commercial sector.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to showcase HVAC solutions and services.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand product specifications and service contracts.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and customer interactions effectively.
  • Network with industry professionals and attend trade shows to promote our HVAC products and services.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in the HVAC industry or related field.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive for results.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking software.
  • Technical knowledge of HVAC systems and service contracts is a plus.
  • Previous experience in project-based solutions and contract negotiation is preferred

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
