Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Provide expert advice on commercial insurance products, including property and casualty coverage.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits and coverage options.
- Conduct risk assessments and analysis to recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Manage and review existing client policies to ensure continued compliance and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations to provide clients with the best information.
- Collaborate with underwriters and brokers to negotiate coverage terms and pricing.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelors Degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Commercial Insurance Agent or similar role in the insurance industry.
- Active Property & Casualty Lines is required.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products or transportation is a plus.
- Proficiency in using insurance brokerage software and CRM systems.
- Competitive Base Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 (DOE) Commission
