Commercial Insurance Agent - Remote

Position Overview

We are one of the top independent insurance brokerages in the US. Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Commercial Insurance Agent to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing tailored insurance solutions to businesses, ensuring they are well-protected against potential risks. This role entails building strong client relationships and offering expert advice on commercial insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Provide expert advice on commercial insurance products, including property and casualty coverage.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits and coverage options.
• Conduct risk assessments and analysis to recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Manage and review existing client policies to ensure continued compliance and satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations to provide clients with the best information.
• Collaborate with underwriters and brokers to negotiate coverage terms and pricing.
  
  

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelors Degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Commercial Insurance Agent or similar role in the insurance industry.
• Active Property & Casualty Lines is required.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products or transportation is a plus.
• Proficiency in using insurance brokerage software and CRM systems.
