Key Responsibilities
- Manage and serve a designated book of commercial lines accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
- Assist clients with policy renewals, modifications, and claims
- Conduct regular reviews of clients' policies to ensure adequate coverage
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
- Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to facilitate risk assessments
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
- Active Property & Casualty License
- Strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance products
- Experience working in a brokerage or agency setting is preferred
- Competitive Base Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 (DOE) Bonus
