Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in commercial litigation cases, including but not limited to construction, landlord/tenant, healthcare, foreclosures, and employment law.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide effective legal counsel.
- Maintain client relationships and communicate case progress effectively.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting our practice areas.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Preferably one year of experience in commercial litigation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Active membership in the Nevada State Bar.
