The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling a variety of commercial disputes and will be responsible for representing clients in complex litigation matters. This role aims to provide strategic legal counsel to our clients, ensuring their interests are effectively represented in court and through alternative dispute resolution processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in commercial litigation matters including trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Advise clients on legal rights and obligations in commercial disputes.
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- 5 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on employment, real estate, and trust estate matters.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven track record of successful litigation outcomes.
