Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial painting projects based on specifications and site assessments.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information and materials for each project.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare and present project proposals and bids to potential clients, showcasing our services and value proposition.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality control.
- Proven experience as an estimator or project manager in the commercial painting industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial coatings and painting techniques.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills to prepare detailed cost estimates.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Sales experience to effectively promote services and close deals.
- Salary: $75k-$100k DOE
