Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and close projects according to deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and resources effectively.
- Prepare and present project proposals, status reports, and budgets to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all project activities.
- Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial painting or coatings industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial painting techniques and materials.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Salary: $85k-$120k DOE
- 15%-20% yearly bonus
