Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their painting requirements and expectations.
- Manage project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Prepare and present project proposals, including cost estimates and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain records of project status, expenditures, and deliverables.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of coatings and commercial paint applications.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in management, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Salary: $90k-$120k DOE
