We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager/Estimator to oversee and manage our commercial painting and coatings projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of project execution, including scheduling, procurement, and quality control.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and designers to ensure project specifications are met.
- Manage project teams and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial painting and coatings.
- Experience as a Project Manager and Estimator.
- Strong knowledge of coatings and commercial painting products and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Salary: $70k-$110k
