Position Overview

A PM/Estimator is responsible for managing projects and estimating costs for commercial painting projects. This role requires a combination of project management skills and estimating expertise to ensure successful completion of projects within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of commercial painting projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide accurate cost estimates.
• Coordinate with project team members, such as contractors and suppliers, to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Monitor project progress and identify and address any issues or delays.
• Communicate project updates and timelines to clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and change orders.
• Conduct cost analysis and provide cost-saving recommendations to clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager in the commercial painting industry.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
• Proven experience in estimating costs for commercial painting projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.
