Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of commercial painting projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide accurate cost estimates.
- Coordinate with project team members, such as contractors and suppliers, to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Monitor project progress and identify and address any issues or delays.
- Communicate project updates and timelines to clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and change orders.
- Conduct cost analysis and provide cost-saving recommendations to clients.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Experience as a Project Manager in the commercial painting industry.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
- Proven experience in estimating costs for commercial painting projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Salary: $85k-$115k DOE
