The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing painting and wallcovering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of painting and wallcovering projects.
- Develop project schedules and budgets, and ensure adherence to them.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction and painting/coatings industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $165,000, based on experience and qualifications.
