Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of roofing crews on commercial projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors.
- Manage material inventory and coordinate deliveries for roofing projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Proven experience as a Foreman in commercial roofing projects.
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials and installation techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and project specifications.
- OSHA certification and relevant safety training.
- Salary: $55k-$75k Depending on Experience

- $500 quarterly bonus
