- Develop project plans, including timeline, budget, and staffing requirements
- Supervise the installation of all commercial roofing projects
- Prepare cost estimates and monitor project budgets
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure projects are progressing according to plan
- Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and safety protocols
- Previous experience in project management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
