Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee our commercial roofing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing systems, with at least 5 years of experience and familiarity with major manufacturers' roofing systems. Bilingual candidates are a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of commercial roofing projects from planning to completion.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
- Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contracts.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and submit project reports and documentation.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing supervision.
- Strong knowledge of major manufacturers' roofing systems.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
