Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Manage and lead roofing crews, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety compliance, and quality of work.
- Communicate with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to provide updates and address any issues that arise.
- Ensure all materials and equipment are ordered and delivered in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
- Proven experience as a Roofing Superintendent or in a similar role within the commercial roofing industry.
- Strong knowledge of various roofing systems including shingles, standing seam, concrete tile, faux shake, PVC, and TPO.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
