Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage construction projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
- Manage project documentation, including plans, reports, and compliance records.
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues that may arise.
- Foster strong relationships with team members, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate collaboration and problem solving.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
- Analyze project data for efficiency, cost management, and performance improvement.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
- Experience with subcontractor management and schedule management.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Passion for construction and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on project metrics.

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
