Position Overview
The Superintendent will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety guidelines, and timely delivery. This role is critical in coordinating on-site activities and enhancing communication among various stakeholders to guarantee project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of construction projects including scheduling, budgeting, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors and field personnel to ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and safety protocols are upheld.
- Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders including clients, architects, and engineers.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project progress, including any issues that arise and resolutions implemented.
- Ensure that all construction activities comply with local regulations and building codes.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, including ground-up and renovation projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and regulations.
- Experience in managing mixed-use, multi-family, healthcare, and hospitality projects is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.

Salary : $80,000 - $140,000
