Position Overview
The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of commercial construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role involves coordinating between various teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain project progress and safety compliance while meeting all specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget while adhering to quality standards.
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
- Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes and other regulations.
- Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports.
- Communicate with clients, architects, and engineers to resolve any issues that arise on site.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment and enforce safety protocols among team members.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent or similar role in construction management.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes.
- Experience with various types of construction projects including commercial, ground-up, tenant improvement, and corporate interiors.
- Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate teams and resolve conflicts.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering or a related field is preferred.

Salary : $80,000 - $130,000
