The Commercial Window Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales of window products to commercial clients. This role involves developing relationships with contractors, architects, and business owners to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build relationships with potential commercial clients in the construction industry.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase window solutions.
- Manage accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and submit bids and estimates for window projects in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the construction team to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Travel to client sites as needed to meet with customers and assess project needs.
- Proven experience in construction sales or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of window products and commercial construction processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability in account management and relationship building.
- Experience with bidding and estimating for commercial projects.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend project sites.

Salary : $75,000 - $120,000
