- Calculate and process commissions for a large sales team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Track and analyze daily sales data to identify trends and out-of-trend figures that need attention.
- Proactively communicate with executives about data anomalies and collaborate to create realignment strategies.
- Ensure data integrity across financial models, commission tracking, and compensation adjustments.
- Prepare P&L reports and other key performance metrics, offering concise, data-driven recommendations for leadership.
- Quickly adapt and present alternative strategies when executives seek additional insights or potential solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerBI for complex modeling, large datasets, and data visualization.
- Strong background in financial analysis, with expertise in P&L reporting, trend analysis, and sales metrics.
- A competitive, results-oriented approach with a natural curiosity for uncovering data insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data effectively and think on your feet during executive discussions.
