Right now, we're seeking a full time Estimator to join our Preconstruction team to help prepare comprehensive cost estimates, analyze plans/specs, visit the site and attend pre-bid meetings, among other duties.

What You'll Be Doing
- Work closely with our Sr Estimator and Director of Preconstruction Services.
- Work with subcontractors, suppliers, develop preconstruction project schedules, perform all functions from start to finish to estimate a project and submit a proposal.
- Maintain estimate files and proposals in an organized manner.
- Prepare project schedules.
- Meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Manage the request for proposal process (RFP).
- Meet with Project Managers and Superintendents to descripe the project and review the estimate, schedule and specific info required to successfully build the project.
- 4 years working experience
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Building Construction or similar is nice but not required.
- Strong background in Commercial estimating, scheduling and bid management software such as Building Connected, Destini Estimator, Plan Swift and Power Project.

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
