Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing project costs, creating budget estimates, and conducting value analysis to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing detailed take-offs and analysis of project costs
- Creating accurate budget estimates and value analysis reports
- Working with project managers to develop project plans and timelines
- Collaborating with team members to ensure project goals are met
- Identifying potential cost-saving opportunities
- Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and contractors
Project Team: Junior Estimator
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
- Strong background in construction estimating and cost control
- In-depth knowledge of project estimating software and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience in healthcare and/or education industries, including K12 and higher education, is preferred
- Knowledge of bid and bidding processes is required
- Strong understanding of life-cycle cost analysis and cost control measures

Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
