Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of mechanical construction projects, specifically in industrial piping.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for mechanical projects.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on schedule and within budget.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure safety standards and quality of work are maintained.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination among all parties involved.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in construction management, particularly in mechanical and industrial piping projects.
- Strong knowledge of estimating techniques and project management principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance in construction.
