Construction Manager (Owner's Rep) - Single Family and Multifamily

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to act as the Owner's Representative for our Single Family and Multifamily projects. You will mostly be in charge of managing multiple Single Family home developments across Florida from Port. St Lucie and above to North Florida. Plus if you have experience managing Ground up Multifamily developments as well as Single Family. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of construction management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position does require travel throughout Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the construction process from planning to execution for Single Family and Multifamily projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes during all phases of construction.
• Review and approve project schedules, budgets, and plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Provide guidance and support to contractors and tradespeople to ensure successful project completion.
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager, preferably in Single Family and Multifamily projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and relationships with clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with production homes, custom homes, townhomes, condos, and apartments is a plus.
