Construction Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee high-end residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing luxury construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of high-end residential construction projects
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations
• Maintain clear communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns
• Resolve issues that may arise during the construction process in a timely manner
• Prepare and submit project documentation, including reports and invoices
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project standards throughout the construction phase
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
• Proven experience managing luxury residential construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
