- Assist in the development and management of project schedules
- Coordinate project meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes
- Maintain project documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Communicate project updates to team members and stakeholders
- Support the project manager in tracking project progress and deliverables
- Assist with budget tracking and financial reporting
- Organize project files and ensure all documents are up-to-date
- Proven experience in project administration or coordination
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience in construction administration is a plus

Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
