The Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager will support the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. The ideal candidate will contribute to project management activities and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of construction projects from conception to completion.
- Support the Project Manager in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, schedules, and progress updates.
- Identify and resolve issues that may impact project delivery and performance.
- Assist in the procurement of materials and services required for construction projects.
- Facilitate communication among project stakeholders to ensure alignment and address concerns.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preffered.
- Proven experience in project engineering and construction management, preferably in civil construction.
- Strong understanding of water infrastructure construction and civil engineering principles preffered.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Competitive Salary Based on Experience: $80,000 - $130,000
