Position Overview: The Project Manager will be managing and advancing projects to successful completion through a safe workplace, high-quality construction, efficient LEAN planning and scheduling, cost control, cooperation with project stakeholders, and exceptional customer service are the main duties of this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee relationships with owners, designers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Actively promote and sustain our Zero Injury Safety Program daily.
- Manage project schedules, set budgets, and control costs.
- Implement the Quality Leadership System.
- Maintain and establish contact with subcontractors to ensure the smooth awarding of contracts.
- Lead and conduct project meetings.
- Create project-specific controls, and monitor and report progress to stakeholders.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in related field (Civil Engineering/Construction Management, etc.)
- 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction projects
- Strong organization, time-management, verbal and written and communication skills.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours.

Salary : $75,000 - $125,000
